The actual reality of the economic collapse triggered a spontaneous anger dynamic, followed by a security dynamic and then an institutional one, with the state declaration of default and preparations for negotiations with the International Monetary Fund.<\/p>\n\n
In response to these moves, the \u201cCitizens in a State\u201d movement, with 30 political groups, organized a march around a clear slogan: \u201cThe alternative exists, a transitional government with legislative powers, that establishes the legitimacy of a civil state.\u201d<\/p>\n\n
